Members of Our Election and Campaign Law team were part of this win in federal court for our client, Gwinnett County, Atlanta Journal & Constitution. In the case, the judge ruled Gwinnett doesn’t have to open early-voting locations sooner.

Those who worked on the case were:

3. Bryan Jacoutot
4. Loree Anne Paradise

The case was filed late Thursday night and the emergency hearing was yesterday afternoon. Judge Grimberg ruled from the bench after hearing arguments and testimony.
